An opportunity exists for an experienced Senior People & Culture Business Partner to drive our people agenda, supporting our growing International and New Business division.

Some insight into the role…
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will play a key role in driving a leader led culture across the business by assessing and anticipating people related needs. You will partner with business leaders in all HR areas including performance management, talent development, engagement and retention, WHS and industrial relations.
You will provide strategic and operational HR advice on the interpretation of policies and procedures, employment legislation, managing change processes and providing risk analysis to support this. Using data intelligence and metrics to provide strategic value and insights, you will leverage this information to inform innovative people solutions that are aligned to the business strategy, whilst championing change within the business in line with growth and change strategies.
You will take a coaching approach to enable managers to assume responsibility for all aspects of people management in addition to driving organisational change processes including restructures/ redundancies and employee relations. You will also assist with the management of Union consultation along with Enterprise Agreements negotiations.
You will be passionate about actively promoting cultural change and supporting new ways of working and continuous improvement to provide a high quality, professional, consistent, and cohesive People and Culture service.
Due to the nature of our agile business, we are looking for you to have extensive experience at a senior HR level in a similar environment.
Your previous experience in a similar role, coupled with your experience in leading and managing teams within a high performance culture where constant change and rapid growth are considered the ‘norm’ will see you well placed for success in this role.
You will consider yourself as someone who possesses first class stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to form trusted relationships with leaders and employees across the business to influence and drive strategic initiatives and streamlined HR and people solutions. You will be passionate about actively promoting cultural change and driving and supporting new ways of working with a continuous improvement mindset to provide a high quality, professional and cohesive People & Culture service.
You will be comfortable to deal with ambiguity whilst innovating and delivering across the nib’s strategic agenda. Mostly, you are self-motivated and solutions focused with a true passion for what you do which will see you add value through a positive contribution to organisational growth, project delivery and culture development.
