We are looking for a passionate and highly organised Executive Assistant with plenty of experience to join our tribe at World Nomads Group. Your mission is to ensure that the CEO and CFO are fully supported by undertaking a wide range of administrative and organisational duties that include diary management, business co-ordination, communications, and other day to day administrative tasks associated with the overall performance of the CEO, CFO and Executive Team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing a high level of confidentiality in all matters.
  • Extensive Diary Management including scheduling and responding to appointment requests and arranging and changing meetings
  • Provide adhoc administrative support to members of the Executive Team such as collating packs, filing, booking restaurants and database administration.
  • Plan, co-ordinate and deliver events as required in accordance with the Leadership operating rhythm (for example leadership meetings, offsite, planning meetings).
  • Prepare and produce messages, presentations and reports including Board reports with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
  • Manage all travel arrangements for the CEO and CFO – i.e. business trips, meetings and conferences.
  • Respond to emails on the CEO and CFO's behalf where appropriate.
  • Covering the admin assistant/facilities staff when they are away

You'll definitely have

  • A relentless obsession for travel, and know of the ability of travel to change people's lives 
  • Previous experience in a similar Executive team support position with extensive diary management experience
  • Incredible organisational skills 
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate easily and effectively, both written and verbal, at all levels of the organisation
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work
  • High levels of interpersonal impact, discretion, enthusiasm and confidence in dealing with people
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders
